Requirements

• 0–2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

• Willingness to take coaching and feedback.
• A valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle.
• Individuals using a personal vehicle for business purposes must meet UniFirst’s minimum auto insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify leads across a defined territory through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Maintain and update the CRM with accurate client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
