Requirements

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, market research, and business development activities.
Assess customer needs and recommend products and solutions that help them achieve their project goals.
Represent the company throughout the sales process by gathering information on customer requirements, project specifications, and design needs.
Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts for a variety of residential and construction projects.
Deliver impactful sales presentations and product demonstrations to current and prospective customers.
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive activity, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Educate customers on company products, services, and value-added solutions.
Resolve customer concerns and assist in troubleshooting complex field issues when needed.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service and successful project execution.
