About The Position

Alpine Legacy Group is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to introduce supplemental insurance programs to local businesses and their employees. The role begins with hands-on training combining online learning, field mentorship, and local field experience. A field trainer provides guidance on sales fundamentals and client relationships; prior sales experience is not required. The representative manages a local territory, builds relationships with business owners and employees, and develops a book of business. The position offers a flexible schedule, results-based promotion opportunities, and compensation that includes a weekly draw, uncapped commissions, bonuses, stock shares, and vested renewal income.
