About The Position

Alpine Legacy Group is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to introduce supplemental insurance programs to local businesses and their employees. The role begins with hands-on training that includes online learning, field mentorship, and practical experience in the representative’s local area. A field trainer provides guidance on sales fundamentals and client relationships. No prior sales experience is required; the company provides training.

The representative manages a local territory, meets with business owners and employees, and builds a book of business. The role offers a flexible schedule and compensation consisting of a weekly draw, uncapped commissions, bonuses, stock shares, and renewal income.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Active Health & Life Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one; study materials and state fees are covered.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with local businesses through in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct group and individual meetings to identify client needs.

• Stay in close contact with the team through regular calls and meetings.
• Set and achieve personal sales goals while maintaining an organized schedule.
