About The Position

Alpine Legacy Group is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help families protect what matters most while building a career in sales. The role begins with hands-on training that combines online learning, field mentorship, and practical experience in the representative’s local area. A field trainer provides guidance on sales fundamentals and client relationships. No prior sales experience is required. The representative manages a local territory, meets with business owners and employees, and introduces supplemental insurance programs. The position includes a weekly draw and uncapped commissions, with additional incentives and benefits described below.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Background check.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Active Health & Life Insurance License, or willingness to obtain one; study materials and state fees are covered.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with local businesses through in-person visits, networking, and referrals.
