About The Position

Fiserv is hiring an Outside Sales Representative for its Sam’s Club field sales team in the Milwaukee area. The role promotes Clover, Fiserv’s cloud-based commerce and point-of-sale platform, to restaurant owners and other merchants. It is a 100% hunter, field-based position involving face-to-face prospecting, consultative sales, product demonstrations, and client onboarding. The representative travels within the Milwaukee area and collaborates with Sam’s Club locations to introduce Clover to restaurant owners.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
At least 2 years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
At least 2 years of experience cold calling and prospecting.
At least 2 years of experience independently generating leads.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Reliable transportation.
Must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization; candidates requiring sponsorship now or in the future will not be considered.

Nice To Haves

3 years of sales experience.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Proficient technical skills.

Responsibilities

Engage business owners and restaurateurs at Sam’s Club locations through face-to-face conversations to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
Schedule in-person appointments at clients’ restaurants or businesses to demonstrate Clover and explain how it can streamline operations and boost revenue.
Use product knowledge to educate prospective customers about point-of-sale systems and online ordering platforms.
Convert leads into clients through personalized consultative selling strategies and drive sales growth.
Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training.
Uphold Fiserv’s ethical standards and foster genuine connections with clients and colleagues.
Travel within the Milwaukee area and collaborate with Sam’s Club locations.
