Outside Sales Representative - Denver
About The Position
Nextep is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to build relationships with business owners and company leaders, understand their needs, and present tailored Professional Employer Organization (PEO) solutions. The representative will guide prospects through the sales process, deliver presentations and proposals, and close sales while coordinating with internal teams to qualify prospects. The role also involves managing leads and opportunities in CRM tools and staying informed about trends, competitors, and developments in the PEO market. Nextep provides HR services to small and mid-sized companies, including payroll, benefits, human resources, risk and compliance, and more. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field.
- Aptitude for building relationships.
- Strong desire to succeed.

Responsibilities
- Research and understand client needs.
- Present tailored PEO solutions and close sales deals.
- Make sales calls and move prospects through the sales process.
- Deliver presentations and proposals.
- Work with internal teams to qualify prospects.
- Manage the sales pipeline and track leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and changes in the PEO market.
