About The Position

All Dry Services of Connecticut is a growing, multi-location disaster restoration company built around a true sales organization. Our leadership, systems, and marketing are designed to support salespeople. This is a full-time B2B outside sales role covering Fairfield County, CT and bordering communities in New Haven County. You’ll own your territory while building a network by offering unique programs and services that solve urgent, real-world problems for referral partners and commercial clients. You will be supported by proven sales processes, CRM systems, marketing programs, and dedicated sales leadership.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Eligible to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Comfortable building a territory and a book of business from scratch is a plus.
  • Comfortable using a CRM system is a plus.
  • Experience with property managers, insurance professionals, or contractors is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Building and developing a B2B territory from the ground up
  • Identifying and engaging referral partners such as: Property Managers, Insurance Agents & Adjusters, Plumbers & Mechanical Contractors
  • Conducting discovery meetings and consultative sales conversations
  • Presenting our services and differentiators clearly and confidently
  • Networking and relationship-building throughout the territory
  • Managing activity, pipeline, and progress in CRM
  • Collaborating with operations to ensure excellent client experience
  • Consistently working toward monthly and quarterly sales goals
