Requirements

2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
Eligible to work in the United States

Comfortable building a territory and a book of business from scratch

Experience with property managers, insurance professionals, or contractors

Responsibilities

Building and developing a B2B territory from the ground up
Identifying and engaging referral partners such as: Property Managers, Insurance Agents & Adjusters, Plumbers & Mechanical Contractors
Conducting discovery meetings and consultative sales conversations
Presenting our services and differentiators clearly and confidently
Networking and relationship-building throughout the territory
Managing activity, pipeline, and progress in CRM
Collaborating with operations to ensure excellent client experience
Consistently working toward monthly and quarterly sales goals
