About The Position

We are seeking a motivated, professional Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop new business relationships with companies throughout your assigned territory, helping organizations improve their mailing, shipping, and office efficiency through our industry-leading postage meters, mailing systems, shipping software, and related office solutions. Requirements

  • Previous outside B2B sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Comfortable prospecting and cold calling businesses
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and CRM systems)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory
  • Schedule and conduct face-to-face sales presentations with business owners and decision-makers
  • Identify customer mailing and shipping needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and business development activities
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales agreements
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Accurately update customer information and sales activities in the CRM system
  • Stay informed on company products, promotions, and industry trends
  • Represent the company professionally within the local business community
