About The Position

Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration is a rapidly growing, family-owned fire and water restoration and mold remediation contractor seeking a full-time Business Development Representative (B2B). This role is for individuals looking for a true sales organization where the entire company supports the sales program. You will have a unique and powerful value proposition, supported by a dedicated sales management team with proven processes, systems, and marketing programs. The company offers the industry’s best training and support to help you achieve high levels of success and income quickly. This role involves no high-pressure selling, as the product is unique, high-quality, and solves serious problems for targets. A six-figure income is achievable within a reasonable time period.

Requirements

  • Strong sales experience, especially the ability to build and develop a territory from scratch
  • Trainable and coachable
  • Open and willing to learn new ways of doing things
  • Ability to build relationships where people know, like and trust you as a business resource
  • Understanding of the power of accountability and using a CRM

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Property Managers, insurance agents and adjusters and plumbing contractors

Responsibilities

  • Building a territory through effective prospecting, including effective use of the phone and in person calls
  • Obtaining appointments for “At the Desk” meetings and presentations
  • Maintaining and developing client relationships to build a referral and client network with a specific set of tools and deliverables and on-going "farming" activities
  • Generating revenue through a highly organized and supported work plan
