Outside Sales Representative and Trainer
About The Position
Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to connect with local businesses and individuals, understand their needs, and present supplemental insurance solutions. The role combines sales with training and mentoring new team members. It is an in-person, business-to-business and individual sales position. Compensation is $85,000–$105,000 per year, with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed. The company provides licensing assistance and reimbursement for candidates who need to obtain a Health and Life license.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
- Present supplemental insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
- Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
- Train and support new team members, helping them build confidence and succeed.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
- Work with a manager to set goals and grow impact in the field.
