About The Position
Cleft of the Rock is hiring an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to help businesses and individuals protect what matters through supplemental insurance solutions. The role focuses on serving clients, building trusted relationships, understanding their needs, and presenting suitable insurance solutions. It also includes training and mentoring team members to support their growth and success. The position is in-person and involves business-to-business and individual sales. The company provides training, mentorship, licensing assistance, and reimbursement for obtaining a Health & Life license.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
- Present supplemental insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
- Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
- Train and support new team members, helping them build confidence and succeed.
- Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
- Work with the manager to set goals and grow impact in the field.
