About The Position

Cleft of the Rock is hiring an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to help businesses and individuals protect what matters most through supplemental insurance solutions. The role focuses on serving clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate insurance solutions. It also includes training and mentoring new team members to help them build confidence and succeed. The position is in-person and involves business-to-business and individual sales. The stated compensation is $85,000–$105,000 per year, with draw pay, commissions, and bonuses.

• Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
• Work with a manager to set goals and grow impact in the field.
