About The Position
Cleft of the Rock is seeking an Outside Sales Representative and Trainer to provide supplemental insurance solutions to local businesses and individuals. The role focuses on serving clients, understanding their needs, and recommending relevant insurance solutions. It also includes training and mentoring new team members to help them build confidence and succeed. The position is in person and involves business-to-business and individual sales.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with business owners, managers, and employees.
- Present supplemental insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
- Conduct group presentations and one-on-one consultations.
- Train and support new team members, helping them build confidence and succeed.
- Follow up regularly with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued support.
- Work with a manager to set goals and grow impact in the field.
