About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is hiring high-energy, top-performing Sales Consultants to help homeowners improve their homes. Consultants visit homeowners at scheduled, pre-qualified appointments, learn their needs, present window and door product solutions, and provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. The role includes paid training, ongoing coaching, company-generated leads, and the use of sample kits and technology. Compensation is 100% commission, with stated annual earnings of $120,000–$225,000+.

The target training start date is January 15, 2026. Consultants must be comfortable traveling throughout an assigned territory and attending evening and weekend appointments when homeowners are available.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• A track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
