About The Position
Renewal by Andersen is hiring high-energy Sales Consultants to meet homeowners at scheduled, pre-qualified appointments and present window and door solutions. Consultants build rapport, understand customer needs, learn the home improvement construction industry, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. They use the company’s sales process, sample kits, and technology to help close sales. The company provides 100% company-generated leads, paid training, ongoing coaching, and sales tools; cold calling is not required. The role is 100% commission, with stated annual earnings of $120,000–$225,000+. The target training start date is January 15, 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with evening and weekend appointments and traveling throughout an assigned territory. The role requires reliable transportation and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
- Track record of closing sales and exceeding goals.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and motivated to learn.
- Organized and committed to exceptional service.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends when homeowners are available.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
