About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is hiring high-energy, results-driven Sales Consultants to meet with homeowners at scheduled, pre-qualified appointments and help them find window and door solutions. Consultants build rapport, identify customer needs, present products, and provide an exceptional experience from start to finish, using the company’s sales process, sample kits, and technology. The company provides paid training, ongoing coaching, company-generated leads, and a supportive team. Compensation is 100% commission, with stated annual earnings of $120,000–$225,000+. The target training start date is January 15, 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with evening and weekend appointments and able to travel throughout an assigned territory. The role requires the ability to lift 50 pounds.

Requirements

At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
A track record of closing sales.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
