About The Position
Renewal by Andersen is hiring high-energy Sales Consultants to help homeowners improve their homes. Consultants visit scheduled, pre-qualified appointments generated by the company, build rapport, understand homeowner needs, and present product solutions. They learn the home improvement construction industry and deliver an exceptional customer experience using the company’s proven sales process, sample kits, and technology. The role offers paid training, ongoing coaching, and 100% company-generated leads, with no cold calling. Compensation is 100% commission, with stated annual earnings of $120,000–$225,000+.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
- Track record of closing sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Availability for evening and weekend appointments.
