About The Position

Renewal by Andersen is hiring high-energy, top-performing Outside Sales & Design Consultants to help homeowners improve their homes. Consultants visit homeowners for scheduled, pre-qualified appointments, learn about their needs, present product solutions, and provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process. The role uses company-provided leads, a proven sales process, sample kits, and technology; cold calling is not required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided. Compensation is 100% commission, with stated annual earnings of $120,000–$225,000+.

The target training start date is January 15, 2026. Candidates should be comfortable with evening and weekend appointments and traveling throughout an assigned territory. The role requires reliable transportation and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• A track record of closing sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
