About The Position

Atlanta Flooring Design Centers is a top 5 national retailer and a 100% employee-owned company. We are expanding our Commercial Flooring Sales division and seeking experienced sales professionals who want to build a book of business and have a stake in the company's growth. As an employee-owner, you will not only earn commission but also build equity in a rapidly growing company. We offer the infrastructure of a large company, including in-house estimating, procurement, and installation teams, allowing you to focus on sales.

Requirements

5+ years of proven B2B or commercial sales experience in flooring, building materials, construction, or a closely related field.
Comfort reading blueprints and specs.
Experience navigating GC/bid-cycle relationships.
Ability to manage relationships independently.
A long-term mindset focused on building over the next decade.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with general contractors, property owners, architects, and developers.
Guide clients through product selection, specification, and pricing.
Manage the full project arc: initial bid through installer coordination, site walk-throughs, and job completion.
Build a book of business and a pipeline that compounds.
