About The Position

Fiserv is hiring an Outside Sale Representative for its Restaurant Depot field sales team to introduce Clover, a cloud-based commerce platform and point-of-sale solution, to restaurant owners in the Paramus, New Jersey area. This is a 100% hunter and field-based role involving face-to-face outreach, prospecting, consultative selling, customer appointments, installations, and training. The role requires travel within the local area and collaboration with Restaurant Depot locations.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Two years of experience in a quota-driven, self-sourcing sales environment.
Two years of experience cold calling and prospecting.
Two years of experience independently generating leads.
Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Three years of sales experience.
Bilingual in Spanish.
Proficient technical skills.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage business owners and restaurateurs at Restaurant Depot locations, starting in-person conversations to identify needs and offer tailored solutions.
Build and nurture customer relationships by scheduling in-person appointments at clients’ restaurants or businesses to demonstrate Clover and explain how its solutions can streamline operations and boost revenue.
Drive sales by educating prospective customers about point-of-sale systems and online ordering platforms, using consultative selling strategies to convert leads into clients.
Install Clover systems at client locations and provide hands-on training to support integration and use.
Uphold Fiserv’s ethical standards and foster genuine connections with clients and colleagues.
Travel within the Paramus, New Jersey area and collaborate with Restaurant Depot locations to introduce Clover to restaurant owners.
