About The Position

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring licensed Speech Language Pathologists to provide one-on-one care to older adults in Paramus and surrounding New Jersey communities. Clinicians treat patients in private residences and senior living settings, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care, using FOX’s Geriatric House Calls™ model. The role focuses on helping patients improve wellness, longevity, mobility, functional independence, and quality of life through individualized, evidence-based care. Clinicians may incorporate telehealth and other virtual care into their schedules. The position offers autonomy to create, manage, and adjust a treatment schedule, along with opportunities to build lasting patient relationships and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team. Full-time, part-time, and PRN/Fox Flex employment pathways are available. The stated New Jersey standard base pay range for a full-time role is $70,000–$95,000 annually, with an opportunity to earn more. Part-time and FOX Flex compensation is prorated. Requirements

Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain one.
Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
Current CPR certification.
Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC).
Ability to meet the physical demands of in-home and community-based care, including exerting medium physical effort; lifting 25–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs constantly; performing CPR; assisting with patient transfers and bed mobility; repositioning patients; standing and walking for extended periods; climbing stairs; performing therapeutic activities; driving to patient locations; and wearing PPE when required.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology services to older adults in private residences and senior living communities, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence.
Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards.
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, and fitness specialists.
Educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff to promote safety, function, and aging in place.
Provide telehealth or virtual care when appropriate.
