About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outside Personal Lines Sales Producer to join our team full-time. This salaried position is ideal for a self-starter who excels at developing genuine relationships and generating organic leads through referrals and networking. As a key member of our sales team, you will focus on expanding our client base by cultivating profitable connections with centers of influence, ensuring consistent new business growth and account-rounded lead flow. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our Virginia (VA) office.

Requirements

5 years proven experience in sales
Virginia P&C License
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain productive business relationships
Strong networking skills and a passion for community engagement
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Commitment to high ethical standards and client-focused service
Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote or office-based environment

Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business through networking, referrals, and relationship-building with individuals and organizations in your community.
Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with centers of influence to drive ongoing lead flow and account expansion opportunities.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by converting leads into new, profitable personal lines accounts.
Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through cross-selling and delivering comprehensive insurance solutions to clients.
Maintain a robust sales pipeline by actively managing prospects, tracking progress, and following up on all opportunities.
Engage in ongoing sales training and mentorship to refine your skills and stay ahead of industry trends.
