About The Position

NavSav is seeking a passionate, hard-working, and experienced Personal Lines Producer to support new business growth in a local office in Scottsdale, Arizona. NavSav is a rapidly growing independent insurance agency with more than 75 locations across the United States and access to more than 150 carriers. The producer builds relationships with prospective clients and sells personal insurance products, including auto, home, motorcycle, ATV, and umbrella insurance. The role involves responding to product and availability inquiries, addressing sales objections, meeting monthly sales quotas, and supporting individual and agency growth through new business, cross-selling, and other initiatives. Training is provided by the agency.

Requirements

• A Property and Casualty insurance license is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good operational computing and typing skills, with a typing speed of 45+ WPM; familiarity with Microsoft Office suites and internet browsers.
• Confidence and ability to work independently.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell auto, home, motorcycle, ATV, umbrella, and other insurance products.
• Respond to inquiries about insurance availability and products, and overcome common sales objections.
• Become familiar with products, services, and systems, and participate in agency-provided training.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
• Contribute to individual goals and agency success by promoting new business, cross-selling, and supporting new initiatives.
• Use resources such as inbound and outbound calls, referral partners, marketing, social media, and account rounding to support success.
