About The Position

Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Personal Lines insurance and a proven track record in sales and new-business development. The role focuses on building and maintaining a profitable book of business in a fully remote work environment.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $70,000 or more and a three-year validation schedule, with the opportunity to validate early based on individual production and results.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably in a production role.
• Proven ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote work setting.

Nice To Haves

• Background in either an independent agency or captive environment.
