About The Position

Seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Lines Producer to join a growing, independent insurance agency. This role focuses on new business production and sales, with an emphasis on Homeowners, Auto, and Umbrella insurance coverage. The producer will work with an existing flow of inbound leads and referrals while building strong client relationships and growing a profitable book of business. Compensation includes a base salary of $50,000–$70,000, commensurate with experience, performance-based bonuses, a competitive benefits package, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

Proven experience in Personal Lines insurance sales.
Strong knowledge of Homeowners, Auto, and Umbrella insurance coverage.
Excellent sales, communication, follow-up, and closing skills.
Ability to manage and convert inbound leads effectively.
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
Strong client relationship-building skills.
Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

Manage and convert inbound leads, referrals, and new business opportunities.
Quote, present, and close Personal Lines insurance packages, focusing on Homeowners, Auto, and Umbrella coverage.
Proactively follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend coverage solutions tailored to client needs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach.
Collaborate with the customer service team to transition new accounts into ongoing servicing.
Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.
Contribute to the growth of a profitable book of Personal Lines business.
