About The Position

Seeking experienced and driven Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in sales and new-business development, with 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, either from an independent agency or a captive environment. The position is fully remote, with a base salary of $70,000+.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (preferred).
• Proven track record in sales and new-business development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote environment.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet production goals.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in both captive and independent agency environments is welcome.
