About The Position

NavSav is seeking a passionate, hardworking, and experienced Personal Lines Sales Producer to support new-business growth in a local office in Tampa, Florida. The position focuses on selling personal insurance products and building and maintaining relationships with potential clients. Producers use multiple sales resources and follow agency processes to meet monthly quotas and contribute to individual and agency growth. NavSav is an independent agency with more than 75 locations across the United States and access to more than 150 carriers.

Requirements

Property and Casualty insurance license required.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Good operational computing skills, including Microsoft Office and internet browsers, and typing speed of 45+ WPM.
Confident self-starter who works well independently.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Sell auto, home, motorcycle, ATV, umbrella, and other personal insurance products.
Respond to inquiries about insurance availability and products, and address common sales objections.
Become familiar with products, services, and systems, and participate in agency-provided training.
Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
Contribute to individual goals and agency success through new-business promotion, cross-selling, and new initiatives.
Use inbound and outbound calls, referral partners, marketing, social media, and account rounding to support sales success.
