About The Position

NavSav is seeking a passionate, hardworking, and experienced Personal Lines Sales Producer to support new business growth in a local office in Victoria, Texas. The role involves selling personal insurance products and building relationships with potential clients. NavSav is a rapidly growing independent agency with more than 75 locations across the United States and access to more than 150 carriers.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good operational computing and typing skills (45+ WPM), including Microsoft Office suites and internet browsers.
• Confident self-starter who works well independently.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell auto, home, motorcycle, ATV, umbrella, and other personal insurance products.
• Respond to inquiries about insurance availability and products, and overcome common sales objections.
• Become familiar with products, services, and systems, and participate in agency-provided training.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
• Support individual goals and agency success by promoting new business, cross-selling, and participating in new initiatives.
• Use resources such as inbound and outbound calls, referral partners, marketing, social media, and account rounding to support success.
