About The Position

NavSav is seeking a passionate, hardworking, and experienced Personal Lines Sales Producer to support new-business growth in a local office in Beaumont, Texas. The company is a rapidly growing independent agency with more than 75 locations across the United States and access to more than 150 insurance carriers. The producer builds client relationships and sells personal insurance products while contributing to individual sales goals and agency growth.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty insurance license required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Operational computing skills, including Microsoft Office and internet browsers, and typing speed of 45+ WPM.
• Confidence and ability to work independently as a self-starter.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Sell auto, home, motorcycle, ATV, umbrella, and other personal insurance products.
• Respond to inquiries about insurance availability and products, and overcome common sales objections.
• Learn the agency’s products, services, and systems, and participate in agency-provided training.
• Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
• Promote new business, cross-sell, and contribute to individual goals, agency success, and new initiatives.
• Use inbound and outbound calls, referral partners, marketing, social media, and account rounding to support sales.
