About The Position

NavSav is seeking a passionate, hardworking, and experienced Personal Lines Sales Producer to support new-business growth in a local office in Spring, Texas. The role involves selling personal lines insurance, developing client relationships, responding to product and availability inquiries, meeting monthly sales quotas, and contributing to agency growth through cross-selling and other sales initiatives. NavSav is an independent agency with more than 75 locations across the United States and access to more than 150 carriers.

Requirements

Property and Casualty insurance license required.
Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Good operational computing and typing skills, with a typing speed of 45+ WPM; familiarity with Microsoft Office suites and internet browsers.
Confident self-starter who works well independently.
Strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to multitask.

Nice To Haves

Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with potential clients.
Sell auto, home, motorcycle, ATV, umbrella, and other personal lines insurance.
Respond to inquiries about insurance availability and products, and address common sales objections.
Become familiar with products, services, and systems, and participate in agency-provided training.
Meet monthly sales quotas by following established processes.
Contribute to individual goals and agency success by promoting new business, cross-selling, and supporting new initiatives.
Use resources such as inbound and outbound calls, referral partners, marketing, social media, and account rounding to drive success.
