About The Position

Real Help is seeking licensed clinicians to provide evidence-based trauma-focused care to clients through a 100% telehealth outpatient clinic. The role is for clinicians trained in TF-CBT who have experience treating PTSD and complex trauma and are committed to compassionate, trauma-informed care. It is fee-for-service with flexible scheduling. The company provides clients and tools, along with supervision, professional development, free continuing education units, and licensure assistance. Compensation is $70–$100 per hour, with premium rates for bilingual skills, specialties, and experience. Language differentials are available for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, French, and Hindi.

Requirements

• Active New York State LCSW or LMHC-D license.
• TF-CBT training or certification.
• Experience treating complex trauma and PTSD.
• Comfort working with trauma survivors.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, French, or Hindi may qualify for a language differential.
• Specialties and experience may qualify for premium pay.
