About The Position

Real Help is seeking licensed clinicians to provide trauma-focused outpatient therapy through a 100% telehealth clinic. The role is intended for clinicians with TF-CBT training and experience treating PTSD and complex trauma who are committed to evidence-based, compassionate care. The position offers flexible fee-for-service scheduling and provides clients and tools so clinicians can focus on therapy. Compensation is $70–$100 per hour, with premium rates for bilingual skills, specialties, and experience. Language differentials are offered for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, French, and Hindi. Support includes supervision, professional development, free CEUs, and licensure assistance.

Requirements

• Active New York State LCSW or LMHC-D license.
• TF-CBT training or certification.
• Experience treating complex trauma and PTSD.
• Comfort working with trauma survivors.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone.
• Authorization to work in the United States; the employer cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, French, or Hindi; premium rates and language differentials are offered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trauma assessment and case conceptualization.
• Perform safety planning and suicide risk assessment.
• Use grounding techniques and support emotional regulation.
• Apply cognitive restructuring and reframing.
• Build therapeutic alliances with trauma survivors using a culturally humble, trauma-sensitive approach.
• Provide family therapy and attachment-focused interventions.
• Complete documentation and treatment planning.
