About The Position

Real Help is seeking licensed clinicians to provide evidence-based outpatient trauma care through a 100% telehealth clinic. The role is intended for trauma-informed clinicians trained in TF-CBT who have experience treating PTSD and complex trauma. Clinicians will work with clients who are ready to heal and improve their lives, offering compassionate, trauma-sensitive care. This is a fee-for-service position with flexible scheduling. The company provides clients, tools, supervision, professional development, free CEUs, and licensure assistance. Pay is $70–$100 per hour, with premium rates for bilingual skills, specialties, and experience. Language differentials are available for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, and Hindi.

Requirements

• Active New York State LCSW or LMHC-D license.
• TF-CBT training or certification.
• Experience treating complex trauma and PTSD.
• Comfort working with trauma survivors.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.; the company cannot sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment visa.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual skills in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, or Hindi.
• Specialties and experience may qualify for premium rates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct trauma assessments and case conceptualization.
• Develop safety plans and assess suicide risk.
• Use grounding techniques and support emotional regulation.
• Apply cognitive restructuring and reframing techniques.
• Build therapeutic alliances with trauma survivors.
• Provide culturally humble and trauma-sensitive care.
• Use family therapy and attachment-focused interventions.
• Complete documentation and treatment planning.
