About The Position

Northeast Family Services is seeking licensed clinicians for outpatient trauma-focused care in its New Rochelle and Bronx clinic locations. The role is a hybrid opportunity for clinicians trained in TF-CBT who have experience treating PTSD and complex trauma. Clinicians provide evidence-based, compassionate care to trauma survivors and help clients work toward healing and improved lives. The position is fee-for-service, with flexible scheduling and premiums for non-English language capacity, experience, and select clinical specialties. A language differential is available for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, French, and Hindi.

Requirements

• Active New York State LCSW or LMHC-D license.
• TF-CBT training or certification.
• Experience treating complex trauma and PTSD.
• Comfort working with trauma survivors.
• Access to a laptop or CPS, secure internet, and a phone.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice To Haves

• Non-English language capacity, with premiums for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Russian, French, and Hindi.
• Experience and select clinical specialties are eligible for premiums.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-focused outpatient therapy to clients, including trauma survivors.
• Conduct trauma assessment and case conceptualization.
• Perform safety planning and suicide risk assessment.
• Use grounding techniques and support emotional regulation.
• Apply cognitive restructuring and reframing.
• Build therapeutic alliances with trauma survivors.
• Use cultural humility and a trauma-sensitive approach.
• Provide family therapy and attachment-focused interventions.
• Complete documentation and treatment planning.
