About The Position
Mindpath College Health is hiring an outpatient therapist to provide mental health care to commercially insured college patients with a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses. The position is part of a supported national group practice, with opportunities to collaborate with clinicians and contribute to professional development. The practice offers a hybrid mix of in-person and telemedicine appointments, modern offices, and front-office, administrative, scheduling, billing, marketing, and technology support. The role is 100% outpatient and follows a Monday–Friday work-life-balance model with no nights or weekends. Flexible full-time options are available. The posted base salary is $96,000, with the ability to earn unlimited incentives and a significant sign-on bonus. Requirements
- Active California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat college patients across a variety of mental health areas, establishing appropriate treatment plans. Areas include anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, personality disorders, and eating disorders.
- Use EHR and technology platforms as part of the role.
