About The Position
Mindpath College Health is hiring an outpatient therapist to provide mental health care to commercially insured college patients with a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses. The position is part of a national group practice, with collaboration among therapists, psychiatrists, and advanced practice providers, plus front-office and administrative support, modern office settings, and technology platforms. The role follows a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telemedicine appointments. It is a flexible full-time opportunity within a Monday–Friday work-life-balance model, with no nights or weekends. The listed base salary is $96,000, with the opportunity to earn additional incentives. Requirements
- Hold an active California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat college patients with a variety of mental health concerns, establishing appropriate treatment plans.
- Treat concerns that may include anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, personality disorders, and eating disorders.
- Use EHR and technology platforms as part of the role.
