Outpatient Psychiatrist - Child & Adolescent Focus - Hybrid Work Schedule
About The Position
Mindpath Health is hiring an outpatient psychiatrist with a child and adolescent focus to provide care in a hybrid practice setting. The role treats mostly commercially insured patients of all ages with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Care includes medication management and psychotherapy; TMS and Spravato services are also offered in certain locations. Psychiatrists work within a collaborative group of psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists, with front-office, administrative, scheduling, billing, marketing, and technology support. The position is 100% outpatient, with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends. The hybrid schedule combines in-person and telemedicine appointments, with flexible full-time options. The posted base salary is $353,800, with the ability to earn unlimited incentives. Actual income may vary based on production results, hours worked, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure; final compensation details are discussed during the interview process. Relocation and loan repayment programs are available for those coming out of training.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree.
- Fully licensed in the state of practice.
- Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
- Active DEA license.
Responsibilities
- Provide medication management and psychotherapy.
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions.
- Use electronic health records (EHR) and technology platforms as part of the role.
