About The Position
LifeStance Health is seeking Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists in Washington who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. Psychiatrists provide outpatient mental healthcare, including medication management and therapy, for children and adolescents. The position is W-2 employed, with full-time and part-time options and compensation based on productivity. The listed compensation range is $363,000–$467,000. The role offers work at a recently opened Federal Way office, with locations throughout the area. Work can be in person or hybrid, and schedules are flexible. The usual schedule is Monday through Friday, with weekends optional. LifeStance Health provides evidence-based, medically driven outpatient care in clinics and through telemedicine.
Requirements
- Fully licensed in Washington.
- Board certified (BC) and hold an unencumbered DEA registration.
- Board certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
- Experience in both medication management and therapy.
- Must reside in Washington.
