About The Position

Mindpath Health is hiring an outpatient psychiatrist with a child and adolescent focus to provide mental health care in a well-supported group practice. The practice treats mostly commercially insured patients of all ages with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Care includes medication management and psychotherapy, with TMS and Spravato available in certain locations.

The position offers a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telemedicine appointments, with flexible full-time options. It is an outpatient, Monday–Friday role with no nights or weekends. Clinicians work alongside psychiatrists, advanced practice providers, and therapists, and receive front-office, administrative, scheduling, billing, marketing, and technology support.

The posted base salary is $353,800, with the ability to earn unlimited incentives. Actual income may vary based on production results, hours worked, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure; final compensation is discussed during the interview process. Relocation and loan repayment programs are available for those coming out of training.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree.
• Fully licensed in the state of practice.
• Board certified or board eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Active DEA license.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication management and psychotherapy.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health conditions.
• Use electronic health records and technology platforms in the role.
