About The Position

Mindpath College Health is hiring an outpatient therapist to provide mental health care to commercially insured college patients with a range of psychiatric diagnoses. The role serves the college population and offers a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telemedicine appointments. It is a 100% outpatient practice with a Monday–Friday schedule and no nights or weekends. Flexible full-time options are available, with clinical, administrative, and technology support in a modern office setting. Compensation includes a $96,000 base salary and the ability to earn unlimited incentives; a significant sign-on bonus is also offered. The posted salary is an estimate based on current clinicians’ average earnings, and actual income may vary based on production results, hours worked, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure. Requirements

• Active California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions among college patients, establishing appropriate treatment plans.
• Address conditions and needs including anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, personality disorders, and eating disorders.
• Use the role’s EHR and technology platforms.
