About The Position

Mindpath College Health is hiring an outpatient therapist to provide mental health care to commercially insured college patients with a wide range of psychiatric diagnoses. The role is part of a national group practice and offers a hybrid schedule combining in-person and telemedicine appointments. It is a 100% outpatient, Monday–Friday work-life-balance model with no nights or weekends, with flexible full-time options. The posted base salary is $96,000, with the ability to earn unlimited incentives and a significant sign-on bonus. Therapists work alongside other therapists, psychiatrists, and advanced practice providers, with front-office and administrative support, modern office settings, and technology platforms. Benefits include a matching 401(k), four weeks of PTO, ten paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, paid parental leave, malpractice insurance, and CME and licensure renewals. Actual compensation may vary based on production results, hours worked, ramp-up time, experience, and licensure; final compensation details are discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

Active California license as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

Responsibilities

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health concerns in the college patient population, establishing appropriate treatment plans. Areas include anxiety, depression, ADHD, LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy, personality disorders, and eating disorders.
Use EHR and technology platforms as part of the role.
