About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Outlets Manager to oversee the operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within the hotel. The role requires a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and the ability to ensure consistent service standards across all venues. The manager also oversees guest-room minibar operations and supervises the minibar attendant.

Requirements

Previous experience in a manager or leadership role in the hotel or restaurant industry is preferred.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and oversee multiple outlets efficiently.
Team-oriented mindset and a hands-on approach to leadership.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets.
Provide training, mentoring, and support to outlet staff.
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and resolving issues.
Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and consistency across outlets.
Oversee cash handling, opening and closing duties, and shift reports.
Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments in all outlets.
Collaborate with hotel management to enhance guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
Oversee guest-room minibar operations, ensuring minibars and storage are well-stocked and properly maintained.
Supervise the minibar attendant.
Assist with liquor, beer, wine, and food inventory and ordering.
