About The Position

The Outlet Team Leader supports the Outlet Manager with the day-to-day operation of an Outlet Center, including operations, merchandising, inventory, sales, services, and customer experience. The role helps implement sales plans and company sales priorities, monitor business results, and carry out sales action plans to sell open-box products while minimizing margin erosion. The Team Leader coaches and mentors the Outlet team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and strong business results.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of sales or service experience, or 1 year of sales or customer service experience in a related field.
• Prior experience coaching and providing feedback to others.
• Ability to carry, lift, push, or pull up to 75 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience, including daily work direction, task scheduling, and performance management.
• 6 months of experience selling complete solutions in a retail environment.
• Experience providing sales training and mentorship to other team members.
• Previous experience in asset protection or safety training.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or inventory management.
• Prior experience in account reconciliation or cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Support Outlet operations that enable positive customer and employee experiences.
• Support day-to-day Outlet activities, including sales, merchandising, inventory, services, and operations.
• Coach and mentor the Outlet team to build a team-based sales culture focused on customer and financial goals.
• Help drive key performance indicators supporting store revenue, margin, and NOP goals.
• Help lead Outlet sales and store business rhythms in partnership with the Outlet Manager.
• Help drive NPS results and sales through direct customer interactions and by supporting team members’ customer interactions.
