About The Position

The Outlet Team Member’s primary responsibility is to drive sales and profit by supporting customer engagement and merchandising efficiency. The role provides outstanding, friendly, efficient, and helpful customer service, helps meet customers’ needs, and ensures they feel valued. It also supports store operating efficiency through pricing, merchandise handling, stock processing, stockroom organization, and floor recovery.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
Ability to read and interpret instructional documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, stoop, distinguish colors, and climb ladders as needed.
Ability to frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld electronic equipment.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and genuine customer service on the selling floor, at checkout, and in the fitting room.
Complete point-of-sale transactions, including sales, returns, payments, and cash counting, accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop environment.
Help ensure merchandise is floor-ready, tagged, and ticketed.
Recover the selling floor by folding, straightening, and sizing merchandise to standard.
Protect company assets and follow operational procedures.
