About The Position

Radiate Hospitality is seeking an energetic, personable, and service-focused Outlet Server to join its restaurant team. The role focuses on providing prompt, courteous food and beverage service and helping create welcoming, memorable dining experiences through genuine hospitality, attentive service, teamwork, and attention to detail. The Outlet Server prepares and maintains assigned service stations, assists guests with questions and requests, and follows established standards for restaurant service, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety. The position involves working with servers, culinary team members, supervisors, and other hotel departments in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Flexible availability based on business needs is required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests warmly and professionally, and promptly acknowledge and greet newly arriving guests according to service standards.
Provide attentive, prompt, and friendly food and beverage service throughout guests’ dining experiences.
Respond to guest questions and inquiries in a positive, knowledgeable, and helpful manner.
Build genuine connections with guests and help create memorable dining experiences.
Prepare assigned stations for service and ensure they are properly set before guests are seated.
Have assigned stations inspected by a supervisor or manager before opening for service, following established procedures.
Keep wait stations neat, clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the shift.
Ensure station setup and restaurant service areas meet established cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Work efficiently to support smooth restaurant operations and timely guest service.
Take accurate and complete restaurant reservations when assigned.
Accurately receive and relay room service orders according to established procedures.
Clearly communicate guest requests and special needs to appropriate team members.
Follow food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and restaurant service standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift.
Collaborate with servers, culinary team members, supervisors, and other hotel departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
Support the team as business needs change and help maintain an efficient, welcoming, and professional restaurant environment.
