Outdoors Manager-In-Training

We are seeking a motivated individual for a full-time Outdoors Manager-In-Training position, requiring weekend availability. With over 30 locations, we aim to place you at a site near your home. This role involves ensuring customer safety and satisfaction, managing store operations including safety, employee orientation, performance, training, development, scheduling, and inventory. It is a salaried position with an expected workload of approximately 45+ hours per week.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
- Experience in a position that dealt with customer's face to face
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Strong work ethic and motivation
- Basic computer skills
- A valid state driver's license
Nice To Haves
- Car wash, quick-serve restaurant, or other related experience a plus
- Experience managing a group of 10-20 employees, preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is not required but, it is a plus!
- Maintenance experience, is a plus!
