About The Position

We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Outdoor Retail & Grounds Associate to join our team! If you love working outdoors, enjoy helping customers, and don’t mind getting your hands dirty, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with a local business! Full-time, part-time, and seasonal positions available. Just Pots is a 4-acre outdoor retailer headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, offering high-quality Vietnamese glazed and Italian Terra Cotta pottery. Our hand-made, one-of-a-kind planters come in vivid colors and all shapes and sizes—perfect for gardening, landscaping, or adding color to your home. Requirements

• Friendly, positive attitude with great communication skills.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable and committed to maintaining scheduling commitments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist in selecting pottery and water features.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to complete purchases.
• Load, move, and arrange pottery and water features.
• Maintain the grounds and office, including repairs and landscaping.
• Deliver pottery and water features to customers.
• Assist in building water features and performing general handyman tasks.
