We are seeking enthusiastic individuals for a full-time position as an Outdoor Lead Guest Service Attendant in a fast-paced, exciting environment. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a leadership position.
Maintain reliable transportation to ensure on-time arrival for all shifts.
Lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk continuously for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
Work confidently outdoors in all weather conditions (extreme heat, cold, rain) and thrive in a loud, fast-paced environment.
Deliver exceptional customer service, operate iPads/kiosks, and actively promote and sell Unlimited Wash Club memberships.
Commit to working weekends (Saturdays and Sundays required).

Responsibilities

Learn guest service, wash operations, and core processes.
Build leadership skills and help manage daily site operations.
Actively promote and sell memberships to new and existing customers.
Maintain a neat appearance and clean hygiene with our professional uniform.
Use tech skills to navigate through iPads and Kiosks to assist customers with their accounts.
Encourage customers to download and use our app for a better car care experience.
